Our name says it all. The Two Wins name stems from a belief that a strong business relationship is one that is a Win-Win for both sides.

Two Wins Capital strives to be different than other investment firms. Beyond providing start-up capital, our balanced approach provides businesses the mentoring and expertise that most investment firms do not provide.

Our services come from a network of investors that have grown and sold their own businesses. In doing so, each of our investors appreciates the challenges of starting, running and growing a new company. Our investors are looking to help new business owners benefit from their experiences.

SCREENING
Our first step in the process isn't as harsh as it sounds. We understand that this phase of business is daunting to new business owners and want to make sure that Two Wins Capital is a good fit for you.
MATCHING
Once we understand your business goals and needs, Two Wins works with our network of investors and business owners to create a custom tailored team for you. Depending on your needs this can be anywhere from single to multiple investors /mentors.
INITIAL INVESTMENT
Two Wins Investment team will then provide an investment proposal to you that highlights the overall investment, the stages of investment and business milestones. The business milestones include various phases of mentoring to help you reach your goals.
MENTORING
Your custom tailored team does more than provide capital.  From the start, your mentor team helps you create and refine a business plan, analyze strategies, determine business requirements and helps with strategic actions necessary to achieve the multiple phases of growth.
ADDITIONAL INVESTMENT
If your company requires additional investments to go to the next level or if your company needs an exit strategy, Two Wins works with you to ensure business and personal needs are being met.

KIM LITTLE
With an engineering degree from Penn State, Kim has a background in engineering and operations (procurement, finance and manufacturing).
PETER MOTT
Peter has an engineering degree from Syracuse University and has a background in engineering, engineering management and quality.
JEFFREY PINE
Jeffrey has an engineering degree from SUNY Polytechnic Institute and has a background in sales, marketing and business development.

Visionary Thinking
When JADAK was created in 2000, the founders had a vision and business plan that helped make JADAK the success that it became. Having successfully sold JADAK in 2014, three of the partners got together to start Two Wins Capital. Our goal is to leverage the wide range of experiences gained from JADAK to benefit other start-ups.
ENDOGLOW
Collaboration With Surgical Instrument Startup
EndoGlow was the first company that Two Wins invested in. EndoGlow is a medical startup company that creates fluorescent medical devices used in minimally invasive surgeries. Two Wins provided EndoGlow startup capital and mentoring to provide a solid foundation for growth and to get its first products to market.

VENTURE CREATIONS
RIT Venture Creations is a technology business incubator that provides a range of services to seed/mid-seed stage startups to help them advance their businesses. Two Wins works with Venture Creations to invest and mentor some of their startup companies.
CNY BIOTECH ACCELERATOR
Central New York Biotech Accelerator (CNYBAC), a NYS Certified Business Incubator, is an academic-based biotech incubator/accelerator located in Syracuse, NY.
Upstate Medical University, the region's only academic medical center, maintains operational support for CNYBAC, and promotes ready access to Upstate's experts, facilities and equipment. CNYBAC's labs, offices, conference rooms, TED-enabled 200+ seat theater, National Grid Creation Garage, Café and short-term occupancy Pods are available to for-profit biotech startups, early discovery innovators, entrepreneurs, mentors, service providers and innovation clubs.
